A large family apartment spread over 3,600 sq ft, our owner-occupier clients required an extensive refurbishment to allow future decades of enjoyment of the unique space nestled in the centre of Mayfair. A new bespoke dedicated plant room at the roof level distributes all HVAC seamlessly through beautifully crafted coffered ceilings controlled by a state-of-the-art KNX system. Precious marbles procured throughout Europe were offset by exquisite joinery in all areas, creating a jewel box feel to each impeccably designed room.
